The Cave Video Series

Caves are where the followers of Jesus found refuge for hundreds of years. They had tasted what it means to be truly alive.

They tasted the true reality that in Christ, they are one, they are whole, they are complete.The cave offers refuge, a hiding place, a place of quiet reflection. It is a still place where waiting on God is its own form of rest.We need only to close our eyes to enter into our personal cave. There, in the darkness, there is only spirit. Form is only recognized by light.

I invite you to sit with me in the cave, an ongoing series of videos that reflect on images and metaphors where words, even scripture, leave off. The Christ is above all theology. The Cave Series is not for anyone who has a need to be right in their perspective of God. To those individuals, and there are many, mystery has no place in their lives due to pride; they are more blind than if they were born without eyes.

The Cave is only for those who are freed up to be wrong in their theology and perspective of this side of eternity. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. When we embrace this freedom then our eyes are opened.
